5 stars Great!!!
Love it!!! I haven't gone on any extensive walks with this bag, but its great and doesn't feel heavy or tire your back.

4 stars The best backpack I have ever owned! Not recommended for laptops over 15'!
I returned to full-time college after a short break (I have grown children)and wanted to complete my degree. For several weeks I carried a laptop bag around, filled with my laptop, books and folders, but my shoulder and back started killing me. A friend of mine, who's father is a chiropractor, recommended this backpack and I love it. I have owned it for a couple of months now and originally I was a little concerned looking at the picture that it would be able to hold all my stuff but I was really surprised at all the room,it has a pocket for everything. It is very comfortable wearing all over campus, the lumbar support is fantastic, I can really tell the difference. I like that I can adjust the shoulder straps without taking the backpack off. I would have to say the only drawback is that I have a 17'laptop and it fits in the protective sleeve, but it is tight getting it in and out. I am hoping that it will loosen up a little bit as I use it. Other than that it is the best backpack I have ever owned.

Update
About a month later and I have broken more nails trying to get my 17'laptop in and out of the bag. I would NOT recommend it for anything over 15'. Other than that I have had no problems with it.

4 stars A Few Flaws, but still worth it.
Well-designed pack, but has a few flaws that prevent a 5-star rating.

The Bad News: As others have mentioned there is a quality issue at hand. The seams are not reinforced very well and the first one I recieved had to be returned for a replacement because the bottle holder mesh fell apart, and the bottle was the perfect size. (Which reminds me, nothing bigger than a standard water bottle will fit in the holder.) In the replacement, I took the liberty of sewing-in my own reinforcement, but I expect higher quality from Kensington.

Also, the lumbar adjustments on the back are a clever idea executed badly. When fully loaded, the lumbar tab always pops out of its setting, usually floating somewhere between 2 and 3. Despite that, the bag remains comfortable, but my efforts to fix this problem have thus far been unsuccessful.

The Good News: Fits my 15" laptop beautifully and has plenty of pockets to store cables, cameras and whatnot. For university use, I recommend putting books in the main compartment (though be careful not to overload it) and notebooks in the secondary compartment. Pencils. pens, and hilighters sit perfectly in the smallest compartment in the front. Overall, the bag is stylish (the shoulder straps are integrated with the design very well), well thoughout, and accomplishes its goal.

A few flaws, but still worth it.

1 stars Poorly made
Within 8 months the inside lining was in tatters, the computer pocket was ripped on one side and the seams on the outside were splitting.
Don't waste your money on this bag.

3 stars big but doesn't seem to fit much
I expected this to be big, which it is, but it has a weird shape, sticking out at the bottom. Several times I knocked something over or into someone while turning because it sticks out so much. Even so, I expected it to hold more.
