Omron HEM-790IT: Buy This Product!
My wife and I are quite pleased with the monitor. It performs as advertised. My doctor compared his monitor's reading with my monitor's reading and they were extremely close; he stated that I had bought an excellent product. Amazon.com had fast delivery and I am very satisfied with their service.
It took a short time to get the cuff on tight enough (which resulted in mis-reads) without help. However, we now have the hang of it and everything is fine. The batteries included with the monitor did not last long at all. I had to replace them quite soon after purchase. This is the only negative about the product.
Note that if you use the three-readings average method, they count as three separate entries in the unit's memory. Not realizing this (I should have...duh) I waited too long to download the readings onto my PC. This resulted in losing a couple of weeks' worth of readings. I now have set myself a reminder in my Quicken software to download the readings every Saturday.
You cannot go wrong with ordering this monitor. All the best to you!

GREAT FEATURES, TOTALLY INACCURATE
I took this newly-purchased unit to my doctor's office today. Compared to his measurement it measured my B.P., both systolic and diastolic, as 15-20 points higher than his. That wide a difference makes this unit, despite it's superb features, worthless as a home B.P. monitor. And the problem couldn't have been technique- he checked the cuff positioning and tension and said it was being done properly- the unit just doesn't make a usable B.P. measurement compared to one to one taken manually. I'm buying a manual B.P. measurement system instead and returning this to Amazon.

Great blood pressure kit......I will recoomend this to anyone to monitor and track their blood pressure at home.

Blood Pressure Machine
The machine arrived in excellent, new condition. The machine is easy to use, but seems to be reading a little high.
