5 stars just what I ordered
This is just what I ordered a little to costly after tax and shipping for a thin piece of plastic wrap.


3 stars Not happy
I bought this product specifically because of the advertised FM recording capability so that I could record conferences I attend for infirmed patients and friends of mine. Now I find the capability has been removed through "updating firmware"--I am not happy about this. I do feel Zen should compensate buyers and restore the capability. Definitely get screen protectors--it scratches very easily. Get a memory card for audio books otherwise the books get mixed into the music lists.

I saw this product & thought that it would be just what I needed for my new Zen. It arrived & it works like a charm. I would recommend this screen protector to anyone.


3 stars Screen Protector
This product was really easy to put on & it works. I did it on my first try in about 30 seconds. It wasn't confusing or sticky or messy. It doesn't change the quality of the image & you can't tell there's even something on the screen unless you feel for it. I thought it was expensive for what you're getting (a set of 3) & should have been included w/ the purchase of the player. But it's better than having a scratched up screen.


4 stars Works perfectly!
Definitely get the screen protectors and just read the two little labels on the protector and you'll be fine. The screen protector is in-between two plastic films so basically pay attention and you won't get the sticky residue.

I applied it and only got one small bubble. Other than that it's working as it should.
