Excellent product
I needed a multi-page document scanner and this one does the job!! No hiccups. Scans multiple pages with no problems. I have owned this machine for about one year and LOVE it! Am purchasing a second one to keep in my car so I can take my office mobile. I read one reviewer's comment about cover open alert: there's a compartment in the very back that comes off if you push the paper tray in too hard. It is very easy to miss that it's "open" and I found it by accident. Very easy to push back in and begin operation!

Very happy with product
I have had my MFC-3360C since 2006 and have not regretted purchasing it. I work as an Assistant for a large corporation and I use the scanner function more often than any of the other functions. I am able to scan documents/purchase orders into email quickly. When paper is installed correctly there aren't any paper jams. I am also able to fax documents straight from my computer. This little all-in-one machine is so reliable that we have ordered each of our buyers one to have in their office. One neat function is being able to program the device settings from my computer without having to manually program them. I open up the controlcenter, click on device settings, and then click on remote settings. Brother International has a great website that I often visit to view any updates as well as their other products. This all-in-one is very user friendly for those who know a little about these products. Often times when there are problems with these products it's not the product but the operator. Always read through the accompanying product manual, software help, and also the manufacturer's website. Most machines are not used to rough handling so be gentle.

Absolute Garbage
Didn't last 3 months before problems....never printed good pictures...Keeps displaying Cover Open.....But No Covers are open so No Function will work......COST more to have it repaired than it cost New.....Guess I'll Try HP

not good for photo scan
I brought this to faciliate scanning of photos. It has a straight line feeder which works well upto 10 photos. It did a great job for about two weeks. Then I noticed scratch lines down the length of the scanned image. They were not always in the same place. Cleaning the plate did not help. Very frustrating in trying to remove theses 'scratches' from the scanned image.

tray jammed
I bought a 3360C for my mother. The problem is not paper jamming, but the whole damn tray getting stuck. It's a bad design. I don't know what to do except take the machine apart.
Any ideas?
