only one bad thing
very good when it comes to protecting the phone. Adds great grip and all the buttons presses work good. The holster is convient, it is the reason I bought this product, I wanted a good soft case that would lock into a holster but would also work great without it, and the holster turns into a stand... That's just cool. The only thing I don't like about this case is that it covers up the sensors to left of the earpiece (proximity and ambient light) the ambient light I don't even notice but the proimity is neccesary, with it not functional I hang up on people, mute them, or but them on speaker. If you use the bluetooth or the corded headset though you won't even notice that. You can literaly drop the phone with this case on it and it will be perfectly fine, I have tested this.

Great Case - Works fine with 3G model
When I took my new Iphone out of the box, I was immediatly in fear of destroying it. I am not exactly gentle with my phone, I always have it with me.

Speck makes great cases and this one is a fine example of the quality I have come to expect from them over the years.

The belt clip is a little wonky, but makes a great stand. I actually lost the clip before I was able to break it.

Someone cares about case quality!
I believe most phone cases by design are made to damage your phone. Not this one. It is the best (I've found and I've searched). The two things that I do not like about it is; one the belt clip digs into your side some and second the clip has a sort of break away feature when in tight quaters ie. when I got into my car the phone snaped off the clip and fell. The thick rubber protected it though, and it was able to snap back together. A 1-10 I give it a 8 1/2.

My husbands in the Army. He likes this phone case pretty well. This case of the phone is rugged and "manly looking" he doesn't use the belt strap though because he says it digs into his hips when in uniform. He is 5'9 160, so there is no problem because he is overweight.
