Great... Pretty Fast
I got this card (or the PIN rather) emailed within less than 90 minutes of ordering it on New Year's Day while with other company (MTCCard.com) I'm still "Queued" and waiting over 15 hours later to receive an "Online PIN". Was able to speak to an international African cellphone for about 25 minutes with $5 card. Would probably buy from them again unless I can find someone who delivers the PIN even faster.

Close to being a scam!
Look elsewhere is my best advice. Even if you don't connect with your party, just dialing and ringing uses minutes very quickly!!! 10 seconds of ringing could cost you 5 or 6 minutes. It's a RIPOFF. Buyer beware!

pinbyemail phone card
Call quality to the Caribbean was fine although not perfect. It was difficult to find out before buying whether there was a local access number for me -- the seller really should put a link to these in the product description. Similarly, it was hard to find out what the rates would be for calls other than the popular ones listed; a link for this would be good as well. But, the rates turned out to be good for the calls I needed to make.
Note that the price appears artificially low to compensate for Amazon's fixed shipping charge -- this apparently confused some buyers.

Completely dissatisfied
I bought the $20 phone card and am dissatisfied. Because only payphones were available, the toll-free access number had to be used. Using the toll-free access to a local land line to leave an answering machine message of less than 2 minutes (probably closer to 1 minute) caused the phone card to drop from 6 hours to 4 hours and 45 minutes. That's ridiculous. It should not cost 1 hour and 15 minutes to leave a message on an answering machine.
I would not buy this card again nor would I recommend this card to anyone else. I am very disappointed in this product.

Exactly What I Needed
Great idea: bought a card on Amazon... about an hour later the email delivery of the PIN arrived. Never had to leave the office.
For those travelling or too busy to break away to go buy a card, a great product. Trying to recharge my old one by credit card was time consuming and difficult: I'll be buying calling cards by email from now on.
