good concept.. needs more
I was looking for something i can use all the time, connect to my home like and free me from having to sit at my desk.
This has good voice quality.
The cons:
battery doesn't last long
have to connect it to a handset so no can do with cordless handsets
no hang up capability from the ear piece, you have to go back to your desk
they have a higher model with a keypad you can clip to your belt. maybe that might solve all my issues but i would not recommend this one to others.

Works as stated
Once I re-read and understood the directions for which dial does what adjustment, the unit works very well. Like the choice of different "speaker" options. I didn't order the handset lifter, figured I could do that myself...and so far I have been able to! The footprint is small, so it doesn't take much room. Good headset
Happy with the product - required a little tuning of the sound feedback settings, but overall a good headset for the price.

Good sound quality - poor comfort
I have no issue on how the product worked, however the comfort of the ear piece was bad. It was made of cheap plastic and despite having 3 different sizes, I could only wear it for 2 minutes max. I ended up returning in exchange for Plantronics CS70N.

Good Deal on Headset
Our sales team uses these. I've been told that they are comfortable and work really well. At one point we had to send one in for repair, which the company took care of and even sent back to us free of charge. I recommend this product because the price is reasonable for what you are getting, and the customer service of the company that sells the product is top notch.
