Haven't used it yet but appears to be of decent quality
I recently purchased this item. It arrived quickly and looks well made. I haven't had a chance to play with it but I can say that the seller did a good job of getting it to me.

Camera Remote Cable
This product does exactly what it claims. You simply set up your shot, review it with a half press of the button, then when your ready, just press the button completely. The only thing that would make this product better is to have it wireless. For tripod shooting either action or stills, for a movement free shot, this is the must have item for your camera gadjet bag.

Remote Shutter Cable
The product works as described but the cable is way too short. The strain relief at the camera is also in need for improvement.

Olympus wired shutter remote
This device functions flawlessly with my E-510. Push the button half way for AF and fully depress it to activate shutter. The only problem I have with it is the short cable, its only 2.8 feet long.

IT WORKS!
THIS IS A SIMPLE ACCESSORY, BUT A USEFUL ONE FOR TAKING LONG EXPOSURES WITH CAMERA MOUNTED ON A TRIPOD. IT WORKS WELL, AS ADVERTISED, BUT IT IS PRETTY PRICEY CONSIDERING IT'S SIMPLICITY. NEVERTHELESS, IT IS A USEFUL TOOL FOR WHEN IT'S NEEDED. I CURRENTLY USE IT WITH AN OLYMPUS SP570UZ.
