everthing didn't work
Everthing worked fine except for the caller ID. I didn't like the lighting for the clock either. If the caller ID had a light, it didn't work. Other than that it works fine.

Good dimmer adjustment, poor radio reception
This is the first all-in-one night-stand set I found that the display can be dimmed to a reasonable bedroom level. The handset is awkward and the unit's functions are difficult to set. It uses 6 AA back-up batteries, way more than other models and the clock is not atomic. I like the digital radio tuner and the CD player makes up for the radio's poor reception.

Conair phone
I really am enjoying the Conair phone and all of the features that it has. It is so easy to set alarms and turn them off. Easy to read the time

Conair CID502 is nice
I needed a combination of these features in one package at a reasonable price and the unit has performed very well. All the features work and the design of the unit allows for easy use. Setting the alarms and time is easy and the button arrangements and functions are well thought out. I needed a corded phone and alarm/radio/CD in a small package for the table beside my bed. The printed instructions are too small but all these devices seem to be shipped with a little piece of paper with 15000 words on it these days. Great value and I use it several times a day. I recommend this unit especially if you need a corded phone combination. The CD controls are unique and keep the unit control area uncluttered.

The worst product I have ever bought
I paid nearly $100 for this unit a year ago (not through Amazon), and it has been a cheaply made disappointment in nearly every way. The display is unreadable and impossible to adjust. I wrote Conair and never heard from them. I'm glad to see that this item is out of production. DO NOT buy one from any seller!
