some of the best versions if you ask me!
I bought this CD for my first son and we listen to it at least once every two weeks. I've had the CD for over 2 years now. I, myself, grew up listening to the Beatles as it was the music of my parent's generation. I remember thinking some songs were a little scary when I was a child. As I grew I also came to love the Beatles as an adult. When I saw this CD I thought "YES! a CD that Mommy can enjoy at the same time!" As all parents know, children are drawn to other children's voices. Nothing keeps their attention better. I love every single song on this album. My kids love every single song! When I play it I often forget to turn it off after my kids have gone off to play somewhere else in the house.

I hate to admit this, but the track Black Bird actually made me cry once... BEST version of that song of ALL TIME! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. For the first time in my life was able to recognize the true RAW message as the little girl sings it. I mean, I always got it before... but never FELT it until I heard this album.

When the local radio station plays all Beatles on Wed's I'm able to groove out with no opposition from the backseat. He's been conditions to think all Beatles is FUN due to his introduction. My oldest has even come to love the Across the Universe soundtrack CD as well. We're SET!

I also want to point out how ABSURD the feedback is to its inappropriateness. Do you actually believe children are able to read into such abstract concepts? Plus, what are you doing listening to the Beatles in the first place? Seems this Ideal is only contradicting to the overall message of the era. Aside from the fact my parenting style is a bit unorthodox, I never felt one tiny bit of it may be inappropriate for kids. Might as well say rock music is the "devil!" Joking aside, the CD is harmless.

Just buy a real Beatles cd
I bought this cd for my two-year-old daugther since her dad and I are both big Beatles fans in hopes of exposing her to them at an early age. Don't bother! Just play a real Beatles cd for your kids. It wouldn't be so bad if the kids just sang, but they're trying to sound like professional singers instead of just kids having a good time. Excruciating to listen to. The only song I can sit through is Raffi's rendition of Octopus' Garden. My daughter doesn't like to listen to it either.

Beatles CD for Kids
This is one awesome CD. If you love the Beatles (and even if you don't) you're sure to love this one. My daughter gets surprised when she actually hears the original Beatles music on the radio - because she knows the song from "her" CD.

I have bought this cd for my own children and many times for gifts. It always gets rave reviews. I definatly recommend buying this. It is very dancable, and is very upbeat and happy.

Honest Effort
The songs of the Beatles are timeless. I loved most of the renditions on this CD, but there were a couple that I would have liked to have been done differently. This is strictly a matter of personal taste, and I'd still recommend it. I have no complaints about the seller, either.
