A Great Christian Rap CD!
If I could only have one Cross Movement CD this is the one I would want. If you like cheesy Christian rap then this will probably not be your style. But if you like real hip hop (A Tribe Called Quest, Public Enemy, and Run DMC) then you will love it! A great debut and it's nice that the same person dosen't rap every single song.

The original CM!
This is where it all started! The Cross Movement are easily the most fantastic name in gospel hip-hop on the quality of their lyrical content alone. Their style and imagery are downright masterful and their theology is more profound than anything you will find in ANY genre (and more than a lot of preachers I know!).
This album was their debut, and shows its age a little bit. In my opinion this is their weakest offering it all (thanks to a couple tracks that are complete flops) and STILL it is better than probably 80% of the gospel rap you can find! A must-have for any CM fans.

Good Debut
Blood Spilla is by far the best song on this cd. While every song is not fantastic, for a debut cd it was fantastic. Cop it

Where have I been
Jesus well represented! If you love hip-hop and you just got saved don't stop. This is as good as it gets. Tight beats, lyrics off the hook. I can't beleive it took me so long to catch on. Where have I been???

Unmistakably CM.
This CD is STILL debatable at being BETTER than House of Reps. "Blood Spilla" sets the tone right away, and the album keeps on rolling until "The Love Letter". This CD was and is still great to listen to and bang to in the car.
