DID NOT WORK WITH APPARENT COMPATIBLE LAPTOP
They said that it should have been compatible with the HP dv2000 laptop, but that is a LIE. IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE. Please remove such false information.

Great value for a factory product
This battery is the only way to go. It is an original factory HP replacement as opposed to a 3rd party model. It definitely gives you great peace of mind knowing that you have the actual replacement for your valued laptop and not a cheaper made model.

HP 12 Cell Battery Review
Although the 12 cell provides more undocked/unplugged portable uptime, it adds undesirable bulk to the laptop base. The battery life is still poor and your lucky to get 2.5 hours. When you buy a laptop you should select it based on battery life. I certainly made a mistake in the laptop I selected.

Brilliant Store Inc. customer satisfaction
The Brilliant Store Inc. initially sent the wrong battery but to there credit they reviewed the order and found out that it was there error. They made it a plesent purchase by sending a prepaid UPS packing slip with the correct batteries and I was not charged until I received the correct ones.

HP laptop battery
I bought this battery after receiving a replacement battery from Circuit city that made my Laptop crash. This battery has a much longer life and I am very happy with it. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will continue to work as well as it has been.
