While this cd is obviously tailored towards a stress filled society and is to be recommended for that I personally enjoy the relaxing music of www.borntosingmusic.com which I discovered by accident The two cds I possess from this site have a variety of stunning sounds tailored towards the relaxation market which I can recommend anyone looking into this particular genre. These cds are highly recommended and great to sleep or meditate too.

Listening to this is a very calming experience. I listen to a lot of Halpern and this is just perfect. Great to put on for an evening at home in front of the fire, or out on the beach watching the waves roll in.

I am a licensed massage therapist, so I'm always looking for tranquil, peaceful music, that will lull my clients into a deeper state of relaxation, and Steven Halpern is the genius, who's cd's can do that! Although I've got, literally, hundreds of "music for massage" type cd's, it's Halpern's cd's that I keep playing constantly. The tones he uses bring people to a greater state of peacefulness and relaxation. I love his "Music for Healing" and "Music for Sound Healing" but this is my favorite, and seems to get more positive comments from my clients also. I also play this cd at night, to help lull me into a deeper, more restful sleep. Wonderful!
