A+ from me and the girls
Not only do I find Roberta's CD unbelievably relaxing but I was surprised to find it put my dogs straight to bed as well. I recommend this cd to anyone who just wants a peaceful rest day or night.
I also have to say if you have a dog at home who gets upset in thunderstorms or has seperation anxiety I totally recommend putting on this cd to help calm your furry friend or new puppy.

Never Made it Best 17 in the Count Down
When Roberta counts down from 20 backwards, I'll bet she keeps on going after she gets to 17, but I guess I'll never know - because I'm sound asleep by the time she gets that far!
Make sure that you are in a comfortable position when you start listening to the recording because if you are anything like me you are apt to wake up eight hours later in exactly the same position you fell asleep in - except wonderfully refreshed!
It takes me several minutes to wake up - it is as though I am swimming back to the surface after a very deep dive.
I would highly recommend this recording to anyone looking for a good night's sleep - especially if you are in a stressful situation, such as being hospitalized. They say "Sleep is the best medicine." - but it is often the one kind of "medicine" that it is impossible to obtain in the hospital!

Exceptionally soothing!!
I thoroughly enjoyed Roberta's soothing voice and found myself in a much peaceful state!!! I find the calming collection to be most helpful, comforting, and a perfect remedy for inner peace and relaxation. Thank you Roberta.

Most soothing voice on earth!
Roberta Shapiro has the most soothing voice and comforting tone. Just listening to her puts me at ease and lessens my anxiety.

worked very well
I listen to this cd every evening and I get a much deeper night's sleep. I wake up feeling more rested and don't feel as sleepy during the day as I did prior to using it. I highly recommend its use for anyone who has sleeping difficulties.
