I listened to the CD at sho.com and bought it at Amazon.com. I really like the way they were able to mix the music of the time period and use modern instruments to create the feel of a movie score.

Fantastic Soundtrack for a fantastic show
Normally I won't buy a soundtrack without being able to hear a little of it before hand. After becoming obsessed with the show I decided to take a chance on the soundtrack. Let me tell you it FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. This is a very strong soundtrack and really kept my interest from the first track all the way till the end. I have tons of soundtracks to historical shows and movies and this one has become my favorite of them all. A definite must!!

Average but nothing more
Honestly I do not like the serie very much. Melrose Place in Tudorland is more or less what you get, but I had hopes in the Tudor era tradition of films and series to get something, at least more elaborated. Big mistake. The score is bland and lineal. Nothing remarkable, no good orchestrations and no melody at all. The Tudors were not a nice bunch but they really liked music. Henry should have been very displeased and so I am.

Terrific soundtrack which captures the themes of this wonderful series. The great chemistry between the characters and the emotions driving them is beautifullly expressed in the score. Kudos to Trevor Morris...and I'm absolutely crazy about the the "Henry Meets Anne Boelyn" theme. Sublimates sex into celestial love. Dude!!!
