good price, bad cd
im a huge snoop fan, but this by far was thee worst snoop cd i could have ever purchased! not recommended!

cd was ghost-written people
to all the people who are hating on snoop for putting out this album, it was all written by other people. snoop wanted to try this out and i guess his fans didnt like it. many of the verses you hear now-a-days is ghost written for the artist so dont complain, appreciate. you will be away the next couple of years from all the releases - dre, snoop, 50, and eminem are gonna take over the rap world once again

2.5 stars: Musically uneven and all over the place
Snoop takes a major L for this album due to lack of cohesiveness. When it shows flashes of potential, it takes a tumble with a subpar song. Him & Dre are forever joined at the hip. One without the other just aint poppin, with Snoop being the most dependent. With Sexual Seduction being the first single, this album should have been more R & B oriented with street appeal to it.

Snoop Dogg Ego Trippin
A Walk Through LifeSnoop Doggs Ego Trippin is a good diverse record which appeals to a wider audience because of the different music he uses other than just your typical Gangsta rap sound. I believe Snoop experimented with this record making it have more versatility, lyrically you can expect the same from Snoop, simple but effective with a great flow we have grown to know over the course of his career.

time to retire
snoop dogg is a legend in rap with out a doubt. when he first came on the scene no one could deny his flow and delivery. he's been around for a while and seen many acts come and go. when i read the snoop cover xxl magazine and discovered he didnt even write his own lyrics on ego trippin and said "aritha franklin didnt write her songs and shes an icon why he cant do that". i lost respect for snoop, hollywood and reality tv has obviously gotten to him
