I love this CD!!!!
I bought this CD after hearing a few short clips of some of the songs, and am sooooooo glad I did! One of the BEST soundtracks of the year, hands down.

There is a reason they won the Oscar for this one....the entire album is fantastic. Well worth buying.

Music As Good As The Movie
If you enjoyed the movie, you'll definitely enjoy the soundtrack. Thanks to this soundtrack, I can enjoy my favorite songs from the movie wherever, whenever. I bought the special edition of the soundtrack, that comes with an extra DVD that has the story of the making of Once, and a couple of live performances. It's definitely a perfect compliment to the movie.

Once soundtrack, awesome movie, awesome music!
Excellent music, original & unique, haunting & hard-driven. Glen Hansard & his overly-used guitar make magic. Marketa & her smooth vocals create mesmerizing moods. The movie was awesome: cute & unique & touching & original. But the music made it fantastic! Movie & soundtrack are highly recommended. Kudos to the band & film-makers too.

Well Deserved!!!
Up until now, I had never taken the time to offer my perspective on music. This amazing soundtrack well deserves the effort! When I heard ,"Falling Slowly", for the first time, I cried. I then found out that there was a soundtrack and purchased it and the movie. I was totally blown away. I can not get enough. I now want to acquire all music from, "The Frames". I wish them continued success within themselves, for it is well deserved.
