Junk, utterly ruined by poor sound quality
Title says it all, it matters not who performed / conducted the cycle when the sound quality of the recording is this poor. Its like listening to a 40 year old record through a tunnel with cotton stuffed in your ears.

Great value for the money!
This is a collection of all nine of Beethoven's symphonies conducted by the legendary Arturo Toscanini. It can't be beat for the price! It's an unbelievably good bargain.

Toscanini outdoes himself with this terrific boxed set of all nine of Beethoven's symphonies. The music is lavish and the sound quaility is outstanding. The price for all that you get is very good too. I would recommend this to any classical music lover.

Great composition except my box set contained only 7 symphonies. I'm guessing their quality control isn't very good!! If anyone out there got my CD #4 with Symphonies 7 & 8, I'll be glad to swap for my extra CD #5 with Symphonie 9. Don't you just love screw-ups????
