I was surprised by this CD. All I looked for was Celtic Thunder" and expected five men's voices and discovered a group from Baltimore, BALTIMORE?
This is a very interesting series of Irish songs, similar to what you might hear in the pub.

The Real Celtic Thunder
This is the real deal, traditional Celtic music played with emotion and talent. If that is what you want get this CD and skip the new one that is not even the same band.

I really enjoy the group Celtic Thunder on the PBS channel so I came to amazon to order thier music and DVD. Along with my order of the correct group I order this music also. They are a big let down. Amazon needs to let customers know this is a different group. The music and sing was not as enjoyable as the other ones.

Great first Celtic recording, for this group. Looking forword to getting more of this kind of music from them. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

NOT the same Celtic Thunder as the DVD
While this is a good album, this is not the same Celtic Thunder group as the all-male cast currently on the Public TV concert circuit. If you want that production, do not get this album. If you just like Celtic music, order away.
