Captivating
Words are difficult to describe the experience one encounters when listening to the sounds nature offers. I shall, nevertheless, give an attempt. Living in a region that is mostly dry and rain is just short of a fantasy come true, Thunderstorm gives the deprived listener a view of the wilderness and a chance to "be there" and enjoy the beauties and creatures which only few of us get to experience in reality. Truly, one reaches a sense of total relaxation when listening to this "gem". I regret, however, that my experience lasts for only 51 minutes!

best out of my thunderstorm collection
I am a lover of collecting thunderstorm CD's. I love thunderstorms. This one is the best out of my collection. There is no music. It is strictly thunderstorm. If you don't like music with nature sounds, then this CD is for you! This CD is best listening with out headphones.

Great Surrounds, Too much animal noises
The rain/thunderstorm sounds are great as well as the use of the surrounds, but most of these tracks have too many animal noises for my taste. I'd rather have just the rain/thunder. I knew this before purchasing thanks to other reviews, and I am still glad I made the purchase.

Nature music
Don't get this unless you like GREAT thunder and rain that sounds like someone "peeing" (a constant drip throughout the entire CD). It was so annoying that I returned it. Too bad, the thunder was excellent.

Decent Thundershower Sounds
I purchased this to desensitize my dog to the sound of thunderstorms. He's not as anxious when a storm materializes, so it must be doing the trick.
