Customer Reviews
Great Album, Great Band, Product difficult to find
I am a fan on pop music from 80's and currently I enjoy to buy CD's and download representative songs that contains my memories for that lovely decade. Once in a while I heard the song "Crazy" but without possibility to identify the band that played it. By good luck I saw on TV the video for another song "Electric Blue" and I went directly to purchase it on Amazon then my surprise that "Crazy" is included on the same album. It seems that Icehouse is a well known band at Australia but nowhere else. "Crazy", "Electric Blue" and "Man of Colours" are songs that you can have in your playlists. The album is well balanced and the remixes are an appreciated bonus. The only disappointments is that rest of songs follows the same pattern but without the intensity for the ones mentioned.

Icehouse
Although the CD was more than I wanted to pay I was happy to finally have found it. It is brand new and plays as such. I was also happy with the time it took to arrive.

I enjoy listening to this CD. I've listened to it a few times since I bought it from Amazon.

Man of Colours
I was very pleased with how quick I received my order! I was so pleased to have found the CD on Amazon since the CD came out in the eighties!

After 20 years this album still is in my top 10 ever
The first time that i listened to Icehouse was in 1986 with "No Promises"; immediately that single struck like a lightning.
I remember quite well the first time that I listened to "Crazy", driving with a friend on a 1987 saturday night. The guitar at the begining rocked me so hard!
Well, as i have said after 20 years "Man of Colours" remains in my personal top 10. The re-issue is excelent in terms of remastering and bonus tracks. One of the best Icehouse albums without hesitation.
