GREAT !!!
I was at a concert in April and he did a song, 'Forever and A Day'. It was one I had not heard but just loved it. So I went on a search to find it. After many, many hours of searching, days of looking, I FOUND it on this 2 disc album. There are songs on these CD's that I had never heard. Amazon had new copies and so the rest is history. If you love Barry Manilow, You will treasure this CD.

"41 Tracks--Yes!"
This CD is the same as the "Ultimate Live" Import CD--even same little 24 page booklet, chocked full of photos. There are 2 CDs, totaling 41 tracks, from the 2002 Tour! Whaddah great buy! These 2 CDs give you 5918 minutes on CD 1 and 5981 minutes on CD 2, totaling 11,899 minutes of listening time! (Hey! Check it out! 5918 vs. 5981. What's the odds of that happening again!?)
The song selection is great! An outstanding set of 2 CDs, 41 musical arrangements. The Gonzo Opening medley is 7 minutes, 6 seconds long and includes "Ready to Take a Chance Again," "Daybreak", and the eternally sexy "Somewhere in the Night". Although I LOVE then ALL, my favorites on this album are "We Live on Borrowed Time, Harmony, Turn the Radio Up, Let Freedom Ring, Sweet Heaven, Whose Been Sleeping in My Bed" (I rev up my metabolism on this one every morning before I get in the car--terrific beat), "Every Single Day" (beautiful story behind the song. He wants to get married and she's not so sure--what if we make a mistake?), "They Dance", and "Old Friends."
I absolutely LOVE "Turn the Radio Up"! You almost never hear this one and it's so appropriate for today's world. "Turn on the music!...When I feel that this old world is just too hard to bear. . .people comin' at you left and right...Turn the radio up. Turn reality down...Turn the negative down...Worryin don't do ya no good. Throw your cares away..don't give in...out with the negative. You find the positive way. Too much talk about blues all over town..."
There are just sooooo many great songs here--"Can't Smile Without You, Mandy, Even Now, The Best of Me, Weekend in New England, Copa, and many more. You can see the whole 42 song list at Amazon, above the reviews. If you don't have many Manilow CDs, this is certainly a great collection of his songs in one album.
Just such a terrific collection of songs, and all done so well. Worth every penny.
