Excellent item, easy to put on and comfy!
I have owned a few of these hands free bluetooth headsets, including the most expensive one, the jawbone. This Jabra one is far better. First of all, it is the only one that I am able to put on quickly to answer a call (i refuse to walk around all the time with the thing on my ear!!). The sound quality is excellent. You can walk pretty far away from your phone and it still works. The most important part is that it is very comfortable to wear because of the fact that most of the bulk of it fits behind your ear. In fact, people can't really tell that i have it on.

Great Accessory
A great product. Some of the reviews mentioned that the piece will go dead and wont charge after a month. I was a bit concerned at first, but luckily after about 8 months of usage, it is working great.
I have a touchscreen smart phone that has to be carried in a case on the belt. the BT piece makes answering calls so easy. I dont have to pull my phone out, fiddle with buttons or anything.
The piece comes with interchangeable ear buds. I first tried out the longer ear buds. But storing it in pockets can be a problem, so went with the smaller ear bud and it fits just as well.
one press /one beep of the button to end the call (when call in progress), one press/two quick beeps to redial last dialled number, one press / one beep to activate voice command.
best of all, you avoid the 'cockroach on ear' look.
I do wish this had a regular mini usb port for recharging. The piece comes with a proprietry port that requires a seperate charger or a seperate USB cable. If they had used a mini usb port, it would ahve made life simpler. if that was there, this review would have five stars.
Still, the enclosed USB cable is quite useful. helps you to throw that charger away and not use it at all.

Love it
This is the second hands free bluetooth headset that I have had. The first was the Morotola 500. The second was the Jabra BT500 Bluetooth Headset. It was very easy to marry to the phone, much easier than the Morotola 500. It has good volume and easy to use. I am very glade that I bought this item.
