these phones stand up to a 15 month old boy!
excellent phones. they have lasted the past 6 months with our now 15 month old son pounding them almost daily on the marble floor.

Best phone so far
The range on this phone is great! I can walk down to the end of my street which is about 4 houses away and still get clear reception.
I like the large numbers on the key pad, the 'night lite' on the top so you can find it in the dark, the handset speaker phone, the remote anwerer, and the many other useful - easy to use (and easy to set up) features.

The only 2 things I would change on this phone is the sound of the ringer - it's a bit too monotone to hear sometimes. The other thing is the orange-ish color back-light.
But a 5 star overall!

THIS PHONE SYSTEM IS GREAT!!
I love this whole system!! Charged all units for the recommended 7 hrs, unhooked all of my old phones, plugged this unit in, placed the other handsets/chargers throughout the house, and everything sounds great. I'm very ahppy with this phone. I especially love the intercom feature. No more shouting upstairs to the kids that it's "time for dinner!"
When you need to set the time, ringer, and other features, the menu is easy to follow.. Can't beat the price either..

No audible recorder beep
This is a nice telephone except...... when someone leaves a recorded message the only way you know it is by a small flashing light there is no audible recorder beep. We had this phone for nine months but were just missing to many calls. So I went on line to the manufactures web sites and started downloading their operating manuals on telephones that I was interested in. I recommend the Uniden DECT2085-3 Dect 6.0. which I find is a much much better phone.

Awesome Phone
This phone is just plain awesome. If you need a good phone with cool features & long battery life, this is it. Highly recommended to anybody.
