unhappy
No interference with wireless devices, but limited range. Drops calls. Not a great product. Weak on features.

Great phone w/multiple handsets
This phone is really nice because the extra handsets do not need a phone line to connect to, just the electrical outlet. Plus, the range is really far. One handset is out in my shop in the garage, and has a crystal clear connection to the main base in the kitchen, through house and garage walls and everything. No other phone has done this well before. The other great thing is that it has a intercom feature where you can just page and talk to someone in the house (or basement, in my case) so it allows me to ditch the Radio Shack single intercom system in my kitchen that connects to the garage. Any phone can call back and forth so it makes it much more convenient! The only thing that would make it more perfect, is to have one more handset included in that price! LOL, I know, I'm pushing my luck! I know they are available, 5 is better than 4 though, but for a multi phone household, it's excellent and I'd give it 5 stars! You can have a phone in every room now! And the price is right on Amazon!

cordless phone
This product is easy to install and give my family the ability to be near a phone at all time. The answering machine also works great.

Not all they're cracked up to be
I'm really not all that satisfied, but can't seem to change my reviewer name.
The Panasonic DECT phones have nice features, but very poor range; worse than my oldest 900 mHz phone. I replaced a Siemens 2.4 gHz system with the Panasonic DECT 6.0, expecting improved range. Not.
One of the features I most wanted to use, the intercom/call handoff to other handsets in the house, cannot be used because of the poor range issue.
I do like having a speakerphone in each handset, the clarity of the transmission (when in range), the sharing of the phone book among handsets.
In short, only an OK system; nothing to get excited about.

Great Phone
First of all, I am very picky and did a lot of research before buying this phone. I have lots of other phones that have been less than satisfactory. I am also not easily impressed with all the hype, and finally, I am retired, so money is tight and I don't like to waste it.
We have a tall home with three floors and 4 acres of yard, so we wanted a phone that would allow us to work on the land and each floor, rather than the three different phones we have had. This phone meets all those expectations and then some, although there is a dead spot in the yard on the side of the house farthest from the base unit.
One nice item is that each phone connects to the answering machine, in the base, and lets you know and deal with messages. Because of the size of the yard, the base unit has to be on the top floor, so the antenna can cover more area. This means that the first floor unit is the one we check for messages.
Sound quality is great, never a problem, and I am hard of hearing.
Phone book works great and lets you key in a letter rather than having to scroll through the whole book as in our last phone.
Five last calls are available with redial.
Intercom is great for us with the three floors and one phone in the garage.
Menu takes some getting used to, but maybe I'm just getting old and it takes longer.
My only real complaint was that the base unit stuck out from the kitchen wall plate rather than hang flush as a phone would. Consequently the loose phone standing in it would not fit beneath the cabinet above. (In the end, we moved the base to the 3rd floor for better reception, so that is a moot point now.)
One nice feature would be having the LED on top of each unit flash when there is a new message so that you could see from afar if there is a message, rather than having to read the display.
Consequently, I highly recommend this phone and commend Panasonic for a well engineered product.
