Customer Reviews
Very nice Phones
These have been some of the best cordless phones I have owned. The clarity is great. they have a paiging service between px's that allow you to talk to the other hand set. they share phone books and caller id, very nice. they have several ring tones and the volume is loud.

buy something else...
Pro: good sound quality
Cons: no back light on keys, can't turn off ringer, NO HEADSET JACK, wierd phone book UI, cheap feel to the handset
I returned this and bought the model with an answering machine. For an extra 10 bucks it addresses these issues and it's easy to turn off the answering machine.

Good Basic Cordless Phone
This is a good basic cordless phone for home use. Voice quality is very good, no static at all, even in an apartment full of wireless junk. The batteries are standard Ni-MH AAAs, so they should be easier and cheaper to replace when the go bad. The shared phonebook memory and distinctive rings for different callers are useful features. Recommended.

No headset jack.
Before buying this phone (the expandable system with one handset, not just the additional handset), I asked if there was a standard jack in the handset for a headset. I was told yes, but in fact, there is not. A huge omission. For a phone to have a mute and hold buttons, and even speakerphone, it's strange that I can't use a headset. That's a standard feature and it should have specifically said there was none.
