an epic thrash first lp's,legendary thrash classic
at a time when metallica, slayer, megadeth, anthrax where starting their climb to kings of thrash the most underrated/misstimed release was playing and had a lp full of tunes before metallica was a band/and stoled kirk from exodus.these guys had it together but bad luck/timing.the guitars are crisper than alot of first cd in that era and the drums are insane dave lambardo sounds beat till reign in blood.these guy stood the test of time well never reaching the sucess that they should have but never giving up their chops.they finally got some bigger breaks around the second coming of thrash (testament,heathen,forbidden,vio-lence&death angle)whick they seamed to rise above that class of thrash but could never make the first class status, but they could show you what thrash was about and should sound like done right.check out the live cd another lesson in violence(96)this is what heavy is all about with a 85 setlist with one or two from (87 pleasure)paul bayloff songs.from the band that should have been king comes a sheer brutal thrash classic.check out any exodus cds they all crush.

More legendary thrash from the bay area.
What needs to be said?
Exodus kind of got screwed.
They never were considered top tier thrash and that's a shame.
They were always at the top of their game.
First track to last, a classic.
A great place to start if your new to Exodus

Criminally Underrated Group
Well, I wasn't born an English Major, and in younger days, I got bitten by the heavy metal bug really bad. I know I'm in the minority, but I did consider EXODUS superior to heavy metal giants Metallica, Slayer, and Megadeth. I consider "Bonded By Blood" to be a strong, powerful, and consistent record. The title track 'Bonded By Blood' is a powerful opener. 'Exodus' cleverly inserts the name of the group into the music. ("Exodus attack!") 'And Then There Were None' keeps the pace up. 'Lesson In Violence' is an especially powerful track. 'Metal Command' and 'Piranah' in no way fail to keep the strength of the record up. 'No Love' is alright. The lyrics on 'Deliver Us To Evil' were a tad overdone. But 'Strike of the Beast' ends the record on a really strong note. Overall, this is a very powerful record that defines the hair metal style. It also has a really strong consistency. Metallica, Slayer, and Megadeth may be the more popular groups. But if you ask me, Exodus is much better.

Thash is still great!!!
I love the sound of the '80s thrash metal. This CD is a staple of an era. Awesome songs and a must-have for metal lovers.

Bonded By Exodus!!
I've listened to this band since high school.
I like the whole album, Exodus was one of the
best metal bands back in the day along with Slayer,
Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax.
This band is from Texas, another one
I recommend is Pantera!!
I rate this album a 8 from 1to10!!
