Me + 5FDP = Everyday, All Day...
First off this is the only CD i play in my car. The double bass hits harder then the homies' next to me. 5FDP is an incredible fast/heavy/trash sound that everyone I turn on to, wants this CD. I play this so much at work I got this RAP only listening girl craving this band. Ivan Moody is an amazing front man, also in Ghost Machine(more singing), and formally Motograter(not so hard hitting). His voice goes from roaring insanity to sweet serenity. If into singing more get Ghost Machine, or a little heavier and still sings then get Motograter. BUT GET THIS NO MATTER WHAT. You will be doing the same thing I am now. I unfortunatly have to say play this CD on repeat sickly more then 7 times a day on occasion, like I said it does not leave my cars CD player. If your a hard rocker and don't buy this. You are missing out on a touching piece of work. This is a taste of my style and you go figure: Slipknot, Disturbed, Mushroomhead, Demon Hunter, Static-X, Flaw/Five.Bolt.Main, Gravity Kills, Hatebreed... I like it all. But I live by this band... so just BUY IT FOOL!

Really good Cd
I usually never buy cd's unless I like all of the songs and I am really happy I bought this one. The acoustic of Bleeding on this cd is really good.

Good album in the vein of Pantera and Nu-Metal
As many other reviewers have already said, this album is much in the vein of Pantera and Nu-Metal, with Low stung mellodies and many pace changes throughout each song. There is a lot of screaming and anger/angst released on this album. I feel reguardless of the musicians backgrounds, they do hit thier target audience of teenage to 20 something males right in the teeth with grinding riffs and melodies to get a mosh pit going. Favorite tracks are The Bleeding, White Knuckles, and The Devil's Own.
Go out and purchase this album if you are a fan of Nu-Metal and Pantera.

FYI: There are two versions of this album out there,The original 10 track version and the newest 13 track version which includes 3 new tracks "Never Enough", "Stranger Than Fiction", and "The Bleeding" (acoustic). Amazon is not listing this yet, but look for it at your favorite stores and websites going for the same price!!!!

Hit and Miss album
This album is a clear case of 3-4 good tracks, 2 of which are pretty much metal/hardcore masterpeices..and several so so songs.

The Devil's own and The Bleeding are my favorites. I thought I'd get tired of The Bleeding from the radio airplay and "quasi-ballad" feel, but the song just is too good. The Devil's own took me a couple of listens to really like, but it just hits like a brickhouse.

Other tracks are decent, but nothing really stands out as above average. Some of the tracks Such as Ashes and Death before dishonor, sound almost identical, even after repeated listening.

In all, I'd reccommend this album becuase it is some solid metal..but it's not a total hit.

Five Finger Death Punch's new cd is what metal heads have been looking for!!! Be prepared to be surprised from track 1 thru 10!!! It will become your favorite cd!! Lot's of heart stopping, pounding lyrics and guitar riffs! They have a new fan for life!!!
